Business Objective: To provide you with stress free ownership of your property by ensuring honest and timely communications for the following management services. It is my personal commitment to ensure that your property is well maintained and presented for occupancy at all times.
We appreciate we are representatives of the property owners and it is our responsibility to maintain your standards and expectations at the highest of standards at all times.
- Management of maids, including interviewing, hiring and training and weekly wage payments.
- Housekeeping supervision and scheduling to coincide with arrivals and departures of guests
- Shopping for all cleaning and paper supplies
- Shopping for replacement of small appliances, as necessary
- Payment of all utility bills
- Payment of property taxes
- Collection of monthly rentals
- Management of maintenance and repairs. To include the hiring and on site supervision of service people and contractors as necessary.
- Twice weekly visits: once for a thorough “walk through” and once while the maid is cleaning. If there is a hard rain a damage inspection is undertaken.
- We are on call for your renters and/or guests at all times
- Accurate monthly accounting and detailed reporting per property
- Consistent, prompt and timely correspondence on all matters
- Reliable communication s to owners on all matters
- Follow up on contractor and service work to ensure work is completed to the highest standard.
- Rental guest ‘meet and greet’ and ‘check out’ on behalf of the owner to be agreed at an additional fee.
