Drucilla Rentals and Property Management – Policies
You have confirmed your reservation – Congratulations from Drucillas Rentals! Please read the following important information that will guide you through the administration process of your booking.
After your booking has been confirmed you will be emailed your rental agreement. We ask you to please print off the Rental Agreement and sign it, scan it and return it to Info@VallartaRentalListings.com.
About a month before your arrival we ask that you advise us of your travel arrangements as someone from Drucillas Rentals will greet you at your accommodation on arrival and then again on departure
Please note that rental rates are subject to change until a deposit is received by Drucillas Rentals

Security Insurance Required
A one off payment of USD69.00 is mandatory to provide insurance cover up to USD3000 for accidental damage to the rental property.
Guests occupying the property will be responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their guests to the property or its contents during their stay. Costs for damage will be limited to repairs or replacement value of items(s) damaged.
Drucillas Rentals reserves the right to treat any confirmed booking as cancelled if deposit schedules are not met. In the event of a cancellation after the deposit is received all payments and deposits are non-refundable.
We highly recommend you consider purchasing Travel Insurance for your vacation rental accommodations.
In the event any property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of Drucillas Rentals after payment is received, Drucillas Rentals will have the authorization/option of moving your reservation to a like property. Drucillas Rentals will communicate any such changes at the earliest opportunity.
It is important if there is any change in the number of occupants in your booking that this is communicated with Drucillas Rentals.
While tipping is voluntary it is an integral part of the Mexican culture which supplements staff income based on the quality of service. In addition to the obvious monetary value, tipping means a great deal to the staff in terms of knowing that their services are appreciated. Please tip service people directly or leave an envelope in the laundry clearly marked e.g. for the maid.
Most of your rental properties include maid service. You will be advised on arrival the specific days and approximate times your maid will be at your unit. All of our staff are chosen for their discretion, honesty and reliability and it is not necessary for you to be in the unit while the maid cleans. The maid is not responsible for your personal clothes cleaning but you will have access to the use of all the laundry facilities that are available in the unit you have rented.
Plant maintenance – Where there are live plants in your vacation unit these will be attended to by either the maid or a weekly visit by a gardener.
